State Hybrid HOV : Arizona Vehicles that can achieve 45% higher fuel efficiency for combined city/highway efficiency over their non-hybrid equivilant qualify to use the HOV lanes regardless of nuber of passengers. Vehicle must have special plates or a hybrid sticker.

Vehicle License Tax Reduction Rebate *bill* : HB2228 would reduce the Arizona vehicle license tax to 1% of the MSRP for the first 12 months. MSRP reduced by 15% each year after.
