Williamstown Fuel Efficient Motor Vehicle Grant Program: Owners of (2003-2007) hybrids and other fuel efficient vehicles in Williamstown, MA are eligible for grants up to 75% of the state motor vehicle excise tax paid. The rebate grants are available as follows, up to 75% of the tax paid for owners of vehicles with a minimum 50 MPG (city), and up to 50% of the tax paid for owners of vehicles with a minimum 30 MPG (city). *Only vehicles registered in Williamstown, MA are eligible for this rebate*
